In accordance with the minutes of the extraordinary meeting held by the Ordinary Gener Assembly on 23 September, 2023, the following resolutions were adopted:

⦁ Babak MAZAHERIOUN, National No. 0062685961, was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors until 23 September, 2025.

⦁ Mohammad Saeed ROSTAMKHANI, National No. 0070065421, as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors until 23 September, 2025,

⦁ Ali ASGHARI, National No. 0452864194, as a principal member of the Board of Directors until 23 September, 2025,

⦁ Asghar GHAZIA, National No. 1282243888, as the Managing Director and as a principal member of the Board of Directors until 23 September, 2025

⦁ Seyed mohammadali AKRAMI, National No. 3874628760, as a principal member of the Board of Directors until 23 September, 2025.

All the Company’s negotiable instruments, binding documents and papers and ordinary and Ordinary office papers shall be considered valid if signed by the Managing Director and if sealed by the Company.
